Contest for all past clients!

I decided to have a great contest as a thank you to all my wonderful clients!
I absolutely love the process of photography. I love planning your session with you, doing the photographs, processing the photos, and seeing those great prints come back to me before I package them and give them to you. At that point I consider the photography process about 98% complete. What I really, really love is seeing the process 100% complete with the photos on display in your homes, your scrapbooks, and however else you choose to display them!
Here’s the deal on the contest- it requires minimal effort on your part and the winner will get a FREE session with all your proofs on CD for you to print as you choose. If you would like to order products through me, I will give you a discount code for 25% off those products. I’ve added some amazing, beautiful new products to offer clients. You can get more information on these products here: http://heathertaylorphoto.com/blog/?page_id=877 All you have to do is send me a photograph via email to heather @ heathertaylorphoto.com (remove spaces) of how you have displayed your photos from our session! You can enter up to two photos for the contest. I’d love to see how you’ve hung your prints, displayed your storyboards, and showcased your photos. If you’ve scrapbooked a layout with the photos, you’re more than welcome to use that as an entry! Easy, right? :) I will then post those to my blog and have people vote for their favorite! The voting will be done differently than it was last year to make things more fair, but I’ll get those details out when the time comes. The deadline for getting those photos to me is March 1, 2010.

First, in the photos you send to me, please don’t include photos from other photographers- that is copyright infringement and I don’t want to go there. :) If you’ve got some of your personal photos mixed in, great! If you have any questions on that please just ask.
Second, in regards to the winner of the free session: I realize that many of you have moved out of state since we have done your photos. As far as I’m aware, most of you have family or friends in the area and will possibly be visiting again in the future. I’m going to make it so that the winner of this session has until December 2011 (almost 2 years!) to do the session. I currently live in Utah County, but I’m often in the Cache Valley/Logan area and everywhere inbetween, so I know we’ll be able to make this work for you! (Minimal travel fees may apply.) The “free” session is not good for extended family sessions, but will work for a maternity, newborn, child, senior, engagement, or family session, and the CD of your proofs will have all the photos in color and black&white, sized to 4×6, 5×7, and 8×10, as well as some square crops. Enlargements (prints larger than 8×10) must be made through me, but you’ll get a 25% discount on them.
This contest is meant to be fun and to give ideas for how to display your photographs- please keep it honest and fun! 
Here are a few pictures from my house to get you started! We’ve been in our house about 8 months now and I’m still not done decorating, but I’m getting close. I love decorating with photos, as my kids and family are what I treasure the absolute most!
