Ok, so maybe my (almost) 16-month-old isn’t considered a baby anymore to others, but she’s still a baby to me. We went out for some cute “just becuase” photos one evening, and while it was a workout for me keeping her entertained, it was fun singing songs with her, making monkey sounds with her (monkey’s are her favorite!) and spending sweet mommy/daughter time with her. She’s such a joy, and doesn’t she look just so adorable in purple?

I was lucky enough to be able to photograph sweet baby Chloe a little more than just her newborn session.
We did some photos with her big brother & big sister and I had such a wonderful time with them. They were the cutest kids and did such a wonderful job.

Newborns are best photographed when they’re about 5-14 days old. The best time to schedule a newborn session is while you’re pregnant, and we can pencil in a date for your session and finalize things after your baby is born.

We woke up to snow and cold today so for my own insanity today I needed to work on and look at some pictures from this last week when it was nice and warm out!
I had to take my sweet little baby who just had her first birthday out for some more pictures.

Then a few days ago we went to Thanksgiving Point for their tulip festival. Wow, it’s sure gorgeous there! We had such a fun mommy/daughter evening together. Here are a few pics!

My little sweetie is having her 1st birthday this Friday. It’s such a very bittersweet time for me and I feel so lucky and blessed to have her in my life- she is such a joy.
We’ve taken some 1 year pics, with some plans to do a bit more when the weather warms up.

I absolutely loved doing photos of my new niece. She’s so sweet! Our session was the first time she was really “free” without a lot of clothes/blankets, and I don’t think she had any idea what to do with her arms and legs and her new-found freedom! ;) She did wonderful!
Though very tired, her momma and daddy are so smitten with her!
Congrats again, you two! Miss J is so beautiful, and you’re already such wonderful parents. She’s a lucky girl!

I wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! I’m very excited for some quality time with my family & extended family over the next several days… I love this time of year!
I will be back in 2010 with some very exciting and new things for Heather Taylor Photography. I’ve got a fun (and different!) contest planned, and I’m really looking forward to meeting new clients and having sessions with wonderful former clients, as well.
I’ll leave you with some photos of my sweetie in her (two) Christmas dresses. I ordered one, and when it still hadn’t come 3 weeks later, I ordered another….. both arrived about a week later on the same day! Go figure.

Just a quick note that there will be a few changes coming to Heather Taylor Photography for 2010. I am very excited about them. I still have some awesome new products that I will be showcasing over the next few months, and I will also be introducing new print/product packages, including a few digital packages!
There were also be a few slight changes to my current pricing, so if you’d like my 2009 pricing for a session in 2010, book before the end of the year! I also still have some gift certificates available at 25% off that would make a great gift for others or even yourself!’
I also have a very cool contest coming up in January for ALL past clients. I’m still working out a few of the details, but I’m so excited for it and will be sharing the info soon.

I got to meet up with THIS sweet family again, and it was wonderful to see them now with a new little addition to their family! I loved their outfit choices.

I got to meet up with this great family and it was such a pleasure seeing them and their little sweetie again! Once again they were great to work with, and I really enjoyed our time together.
