I’m going to be starting a new feature on my blog! One of the most common questions I get from clients is how to find great outfits to wear. If you look above this post at the top of the site, there’s a tab called “Session Details.” Within that tab is another page titled “What to Wear.” There I have some basic guidelines, but with this new blog feature I will not only show you some great outfits that go together, but if you’re interested in purchasing them, just contact me and I’ll give you the direct link to buy them! Super cool, right?!
When you do group photographs, you certainly don’t have to be matchy-matchy! You can coordinate colors, add some layers, and mix up patterns for a great effect. During your pre-session planning, we will discuss outfits and what to wear. You’re more than welcome to email/text me pictures of the outfits that you’re considering, and I’ll give you my thoughts and opinions if you want them!
Here are some of my favorite tips:
-Think of the color schemes in your house and where you’ll be hanging your photographs from your session… will they match with the outfit colors that you’re thinking?
-When planning outfits for your family, start with the person that’s hardest to shop for. Find them something that they’re comfortable in and then build everyone else’s outfits around them.
